About the Role

We are seeking energetic and self-driven Field Sales Representatives experienced in business development and solution selling of power backup and power conditioning equipment. This includes products such as online UPS systems, diesel generators (DG sets), servo stabilizers, and isolation transformers. Your core responsibility is to generate new business through on-ground prospecting, particularly in industrial estates (IDAs), IT companies, hospitals, clinics, malls, and other commercial establishments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit potential customers in target areas — industrial, commercial, healthcare, and tech hubs
  • Pitch and promote our range of solutions:
    UPS systems, DG sets, Servo Stabilizers, Isolation Transformers, and Power Distribution Equipment
  • Generate and follow up on inquiries till closure; maintain ownership of the sales cycle end-to-end
  • Develop long-term client relationships and proactively identify upsell/service opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of site visits, inquiry status, and customer feedback

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in field sales, business development, or channel sales in electrical or power-related industries
  • Good understanding of UPS systems, stabilizers, DG sets, or electrical panels is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with frequent field movement
  • Familiarity with industrial and commercial power requirements is a plus
